Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange window

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the frames are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

What qualifies for exchange or return

• Incorrect item received (wrong frame, wrong lens type, or wrong prescription grind due to an error on our end)
• Manufacturing defect or damage discovered upon delivery
• Frame does not fit as expected (subject to inspection)

What does not qualify

• Change of mind after the lenses have been custom-ground to your prescription, unless the order qualifies under the categories above
• Frames showing signs of wear, scratching, or damage caused after delivery
• Missing original packaging or accessories (case, cleaning cloth)

How to request a return or exchange

1. 1.Contact us within 7 days of delivery via phone/WhatsApp/email, quoting your Order ID.
2. 2.Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
3. 3.Once approved, ship the item back to us using the return address provided at that time, or arrange a courier pickup if available in your area.
4. 4.Upon inspection, we'll process your exchange or refund within 3 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, via bank transfer to an account you provide). Refund processing may take 5 business days depending on your payment method.

No returns without receipt

A valid order receipt (digital or printed) is required for all returns and exchanges — this is also noted on your printed receipt at the time of purchase.

Prescription accuracy

We recommend double-checking your prescription details before confirming your order. If your prescription changes after your order is placed, standard exchange terms above apply rather than a fault-based return.
